Quit Line

Is a FREE service to help you or someone you care about quit using tobacco. Different people need different resources as they try to quit. The quit line can support both your immediate and long-term needs. Our coaches can talk to you about overcoming common barriers, like dealing with stress, cravings, irritability, and weight gain. The quit line is available in both English and Spanish with translation and TTY services. It is open 7 days a week. 24 hours a day except the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.  Help to quit smoking is now just a phone call away.
